Always on the lookout for NOS Bugeye stuff, I spotted this the other day on eBay. Thought I would place an bid within the last 60 seconds. Thought I might bid as high as $25. I wouldn't have been even close.

I would put it on for a concours judging then take it off immediately thereafter.
 
WowZa... I have a N.O.S. bottom hose -labeled for 948 Sprite or Midget- made by HAPMO (?) in England just sitting on the shelf..... makes me wonder what someone would pay for that!
 
So I guess I can retire with my complete set of NOS hoses including the heater hoses! I even have a few pair of 50 year old Flying "A" pedal pads.
Maybe I'll buy that castle on an island :wink:
 
Wow!! I've got one. Looks better than the one listed. I'll let you guys have it for the bargain price of 75 buck's $$$$$!!! Bought it on e-bay cheap and decided a show car needed it more than mine. Better investment than lottery tickets!!!

Has anybody tried the Gates heat shrink hose clamps that are being offered by Moss?
They would really look nice. I hate worm drive clamps.
only thing that worries me it seems you need to be really close on the size window for correct fit.
