Early Bugeye Sprite windscreens were 9 stud, not 10. That sure looks like a TR3 Windscreen to me. You can count 10 studs in the picture below too.

I've got one... NOS Pilkington glass, good 9 stud surround with proper uprights too.

Hey guys thanks for correcting the seller. Steve I'm good to go one a windshield for Bugsy but there is a new guy who just joined here as well as on ahexp forum that is looking for a windshield. You might have a taker.
