Norwegian Icebreaker heads up the Mississippi River
As you've seen on the news, it's been very cold all up and down the central US. So cold, in fact, that the government has contracted a Norwegian icebreaker to clear the upper Mississippi River for fishing and migrating waterfowl. The icebreaker is starting near Neenah WI and working northward.
