Be interesting to know exactly what happened. the rear doesn't look to be damaged like you'd expect if the truck had rear ended it. Can't image it tried to drive over the center berm, car sits too low to clear it for that. Perhaps off a flatbed or trailer we can't see??...
No tyre marks, Maybe he was at the lights waitin to turn left and managed to slip it into reverse and went backwards up the curb whilst the truck was going forward.
