well the MK2 is back on the road.
but the windshield wipers are not working
how do i troulble shoot this?
how do i test the switch? , how do I test the motor?
I have put a new wiring harness in, but the car has been off the road for 9 years.
maybe unrelated the radio is not powering up. everything else is working.
