Hi, Just some info, after working on my '76 B most of the day "making adjustments" that the wife didn't seem too thrilled about, I talked her into a ride! Well about two blocks away from the house I noticed no running lights! So after "the look" we returned home, well to make a long story short and to maybe save someone a little trouble, after checking all the usual, fuses, connections etc; it winds up being the headlight switch! I was able to remove the switch, take it apart, tighten up the rivets, put it back together and presto, everything is working fine! MACK /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

Just kidding. Glad to know another Lucas gremlin has been put back in his cage..... for now.
And it's always good to know what fixed it in case I have the same problem in the future.

Yes, I agree...no fun about the light problem, but...
As far as the other half goes, always make sure the car is ready to go before taking her out in it. AND take her somewhere she likes...the coffeehouse for coffee and desert, maybe a little live entertainment, or a nice drink on the waterside and then a delightful cuise home again. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif
