Hello everyone,

Happy to have found this forum! I love that it is not single-marque specific, as my interests definitely run across the gamut of the British Car Universe. I will try to be less of a lurker and more of a contributor....

I live in Houston and work for a major IT company. My interest and passion for these cars was ignited back in the late 60's when my dad had a rusty (but race-winnning, at least in northern Ohio) MGA. My first car was a 66 Spitfire, that my sister grew tired of. I promptly traded it for a 67 MGB that looked all nice and shiny, but I quickly discovered what was hiding beneath all the shiny new paint when I practically fell through the rusty floorboard one day. Even with the disappointements, I'm addicted to the hobbby and have had multiple MGB's and a TR8 (looking for another one by the way!!). I currently have an 80 MGB LE that is a decent driver. Once again, glad to be here and only wish I had discovered the BCF sooner! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Welcome, sounds like this is the place for you....I just sold my B LE a few months ago - great looking car.

Welcome to the Monkey House, Chris. We pretty much run the gamut of LBC's here. I've got a few MG's, Sprites, and Triumphs myself.
Jump right in and get your feet wet.
Happy Holidays,
Jeff
