I went with a buddy of mine to a tank fabricator last summer. He needed new tanks for his 31 foot boat. The work was amazing and very inexpensive in my eyes. He purchased two custom made tanks designed to fit into the irregular shape of his hull with senders for just over a grand. The ethanol/gas blend they sell here in Mass is eating away all of the fiberglass gas tanks in the boats. If you need a custom gas tank here stateside, I'd suggest going to a boat yard to start your search.
