Nice enough car.....

I agree, I see many flaws in this car. Several examples, carpet set, no cable drive for the tach, Steering cone needed to be painted or replaced. I do like the black color even though it was not shown as a factory color for the HAN5 cars. Did you notice the bent wire wheel?

No way... and what a VAGUE description. No meaningful mechanical details; typical retail dealership ad IMO. Definitely not worth the $15K (especially given recent sales). Don't you just love these descriptions like "4 cylinder gas engine" and "does not smoke" descriptions? Gee, that's nice. I see that at least they later posted some photos to reveal a rib-case tranny.

I have heard that is the history of ebay....pay too much for too little. Maybe when a good BE is listed it will be over 20K? What do you think?

Take a look at the condition of the face of the gauges, the ratty rubber around the windscreens, painted over rust on the heater fan motor, grommets missing from the firewall....

I'm guessing the guy that did the "restoration" was not the same guy that did the body/paint.

It's easy to make a body straight when you coat it in a layer of bondo. I'll bet that thing is half plastic. The wheels were "restored" with a can of spray paint.

That is a 6000 dollar car. Well, all of ours are now just a little more valuable.
