Hello, I have just bought, or I should say my girlfriend bought for me(what a girl!) a '74TR6 and will be loading it on my trailer to bring it home this sat. I have owned and worked on my '76B for almost ten years, so I am familur with the workings of the LBC, but I have always admired and wanted a TR6 and now I have one!! I just wanted to introduce myself and I know the questions will becoming, I surely will appriciate all and any help. Thanks, John

You have some kind of special "GIRLFRIEND" there Sir! Heck, In most cases here; Not even a "SPOUSE" would buy us a "TOY" car to play with!
Anyways; "Welcome" and Introduce Yourself & Your TR6 to the nice folks on the "Triumph Forum" and fire away with questions, comments etc. Remember, There are "NO" silly / stupid questions here.

Be sure to check crank thrust on that car; it's a common wear problem (with engine off and in neutral, grab lower, front pulley and attempt to move forward/backward.......shouldn't move more than about 0.014" )
