newbie question about HIF's

Hi guys and gals..
Since we seem to be on a fuel/carb/clutch/brake rampage this week /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/savewave.gif Here's a quickie question.

When tuning HIF's and the manual says "set the mixture screws at 2 turns..." does this mean turn the screw clockwise until it sets and then counter-clockwise 2 turns, OR turn counter-clockwise all the way out and then back in 2 turns?

Simple question, I apologize for the momentary lack of common sense

Make sure to use a very light touch when "bottoming out"or "seating" the adjustment screw. It's extremely easy to gouge the needle on the end of the screw and it's seat , then it will never adjust properly. Good luck Guv'na
