Having only a full and half baths I left it with a tub, figured for a small house made more sense when time to sell comes. The now natural wood vanity, sand colored large tile and an actual shower door rather than a curtain make all the difference. And being a ranch the pressurized plumbing all ran in about 10ft, with the exception of what goes to the kitchen, so ripped it all out to eliminate reoccurring old age leaks while I was at it.
