Except that by wheels, I really mean wheels. :D

that said, I am very happy - I have never seen a set for sale locally and the price was more than fair - I see some refinishing in my future though.

What are those from?

They are Midget wheels - Cosmic is the company (racing wheels I think) they seem lighter. They are made in Britain but I don't know a lot about the company.

Just googled and found this - https://mk1-performance-conversions.co.uk/cosmic.htm

accessory company.

Nice find. I've always seen Cosmics with black inserts, but they look cool without the black on them.

They might well end up with inserts again (though I prefer graphite) I have a few projects ahead of them but, they will be stripped back and then I can figure out how to refinish them.

Kent Miller in Cincinnati has a set of those on his Black BE with Black inserts. Perhaps he will post a picture of what they look like finished that way.

Powdercoat?

I've thought of it - though it can get spendy in a hurry. In the shed for now till I at least get the Midget driveable for the summer

I wish I could find wheels that could be both sprite bolt pattern and Chevy bolt pattern. Need 4 lug up front and 5 lug out back... Any ideas?

There are any number of companies that custom drill bolt patterns.

to name a few

VTO Wheels offers both 4 lug and 5 lug in the Classic 8 Series, but I think you have to go at least 15". I think Hap is still a VTO dealer.

Much appreciated... Now I need to figure out what I want. I have to stick with 13 inch up front, no clearance for 15's sadly

True and I can completely sympathize with your reluctance to modify your car in any way.
