TR2/3/3A New Vredesteins

I recently replaced 20 year old, off brand tires on my TR3 with Vredestein 165HR-15 Sprint Classic SL's as suggested by Hendrix Wire Wheel. I also had the 60 spoke Dayton wire wheels trued, etc. and the tires mounted, balanced, etc. by Hendrix. The difference is beyond words, an improvement that I would not have imagined! The steering effort, ride quality, handling and noise level (body rattling related to the old tires) are night and day difference. I can recommend both the tires and especially the service by Hendrix without reservation.

I used MWS 60 spokes and Vredesteins too. Hendrix did a wonderful job, trueing the wheels, mounting, balancing and shaving the tires for an amazing transformation of my cars ride. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I fitted the sprint classics to my Daimler sp250 before swapping cars for the TR3a to use in competition.
i again chose the sprint classics for my road use on the TR3a, used them on a wet track day and they are great in the wet sure footed and great braking feel.
