I made another another video today and included the entire chassis in the shot. You can hear that it's really not running too well. I discovered that one of the Weber's was missing an o-ring so it was sucking air into one of the throats instead of fuel. My fault of course. The missing o-ring was most likely swept out with the rest of the trash on the garage floor many months ago...lol.

Wow. Absolute Cool. Wouldn't know how it could be any neater than you already have it.

Hey, steering wheel, clutch and gas pedal and a bucket and we're ready to run this thing around the block! LOL!

Great choice of color for the engine! A terrific job overall, but how about some pictures of the body?

You intend to mount that pump onna firewall when the coachwork is fitted, yes?

Tab, Very nice, I'm envious of the block color :jester: One question, and not a pick, why did you mount the coil on the block and not on the firewall where it will be cooler?

I don't have a firewall. :nonod:

...yet :savewave:

Very nice looking Tab. Was the engine running hot when you were testing it? The header looks to be very discolored for the short amount of time it was running? I'm glad you kept the car,and plan on getting it back on the road.

No, it's never overheated. I have run it several times though.
The headers are stainless and the discoloration is fairly typical from what I've been told.

I think I need to wrap them though. I the brake line junction for the front brakes is only about an inch from the headers. Not a huge fan of wrapping headers, but with the Weber's and the brakes I may need to.

I was gonna post somethin' smart, but......

Nice job on the chassis Tab.
