Hey!! Just thought I would put an intro here as well. I just purchased a '64 TR4. VERY original, in need of paint, but no significant rust. (Northern NM is very easy on the body.) I am sure I will be coming to y'all with questions, and will post pictures when I have a chance. I am located in Santa Fe NM...

Welcome and you'll find this site very helpful. Last week I just missed a great deal on a TR4A. I have several Triumphs and think my goal is to own one of each roadster model. With several different models, this site is a great source of information and parts. Good luck and remember, these cars were made to be driven. DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT.

Welcome aboard! This is a great site. There are a bunch of very knowledgable Triumph people here. Any questions you have can and will be answered. My first Triumph was a '63 TR4 that I purchased back in '65. I loved that car. It was good to me. I currently have a TR3A that I just finished a frame off restoration on. I can't tell you how many times the guys on this forum helped me out through the whole process. You're gonna like it here.

And get some pics posted...we like pictures.

Welcome. Nice helpful people here.

Chileman, huh? Sounds interesting.

Welcome, I've had my 64 TR4 for 7 years now and each year gets better and better. Enjoy and share those photos.

Hello and welcome from even more northern NM. You'll find this forum a valuable resource. Stay in touch.

Hi There chileman,

I`m glad you found your way here.

"Welcome" one more time.

As you are probably aware; We "Love" pics. Any kind of pics. Post your TR here so we can all get a glimpse of her.

Have Fun,

Russ

Chris - welcome to BCF.

We're all here to help - and to hear of your successes. There certainly won't be any failures we're sure!

Say - how'd you happen to find a TR4 for sale in Santa Fe? Pictures earn brownie points!

Drive safe.
Tom

Welcome Chileman...
You sure live in a beautiful area (my son is currently stationed at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque). You have found a great web site to learn about Triumphs, other LBC's, and anything else in the Pub. Be sure to take some good photos of the TR4 using your NM backdrop (maybe along the Turquoise Trail) and enter the Calendar Contest running right now on this site's General Discussion area.

Enjoy the ride!

64 TR4? Sir, you have excellent taste in cars. Welcome!

Randy

Bienvenidos! Nice to have another New Mexican on the list. I'm originally from Placitas, but live in Brooklyn now.

This list is an incredible resource!

Welcome! Great bunch of people on this forum and very helpful when you have a problem! Post some pics of your new car, I'm sure everybody(myself included) would really like to see it!

That would be (happy Happy Eh) wouldn't it?

Welcome Chileman, from Lancaster PA

Yes eh It would eh

"Eh" the Canukian replacement for not only the "Comma" but also a submissive way of asking if you understand just what the heck we are saying AND agree with us when we say it

"Hunh" oh "Huh" The United States way of saying " Are you HEARING me boy!?! Or "You better be understanding the gravity of my remark" ( Also replaces the Exclamation point ! )
