Hello all, so I'm new to the forum and new to British cars as well. Long story short on how I came to be the owner of my umm... lovely '73 TR6. I saw it on the side of the road one day coming home from work, checked it out, talked to the owner, the car was in a garage fire about 10 years ago, everything was fried to a crisp, although the body was in very good condition. Bought the car on the spot for $800, stripped the interior of everything and plan to do a restomod. Not sure which engine or drivetrain I'd like to use but I'm bouncing between a Ford 302, a Honda F20C, a 1JZ, or possibly a RB25. Leaning more towards the 302. Thank you for welcoming me and I look forward to learning all about my little roadster.
