Just bought a TVR Wedge. Been wanting one awhile. It'll go great with my MGB GT and Stag. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif

Congrats!! Welcome to the world of glass fibre...fiberglass.You will now need to join the TVR car club. Best of luck with the new toy!!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

Actually joined a couple of months ago when I began my obsession...., er search.

Cool car - congrats on snagging it. Post some pictures if you can.

Way to go!! You'll love driving it and answering the question What is that? or Who makes that? at stop lights. 5 other guys here in Orlando have 280i's but I can never get us all together for a picture.
Cheers

Thanks for the input guys. I really am looking forward to it arriving in about a week or so. Shipping a car is an exercisein patience and I hate exercise......

I've always loved those cars. Like a TR7 on steroids! My buddy used to have a Tasmin, and when new it could out stop-light drag a Porsche 911.

Enjoy it!!!

I would really like a 3000S some day.

I came very close to buying a 3000M once (converted from a 2500M using cast off parts from a 3000S to 351 conversion). There are too many TVR V8 conversions in my opinion, but that was to my advantage for a while. I got a nice dual weber set up off a 1600cc Vixen which was changed over to a V8.

yeah, everyone wants a Griffith, but I decided to go for a wedge because driving an earlier car with poor ventilation in Texas in the Summer would be suicide.
