Hi well I never got any replies on help putting on a new convertible top. Watched some videos and figured I’m pretty go fixing things, so I gave it a shot. Got a Tan faux leather. And a windshield new seal. Well I gotter done. Looks ok. A bit of a wrinkle just over the windshield by drivers door. But it looks good and it’s now easy to put up and down. The old 50year old roof was a major pain to put back up and I used to have to use a clamp to get it to seat. Nice being able to see out the back window and not have rain dripping on me. Hope everyone has a great day

As they age and particularly with sun exposure they do shrink. I've had Sunbeam tops like that where they get harder to put up and pull away at the sides. Glad you got it all worked out.
