After having my new 70 B for a year now I thought I knew all the parts and where they were. Wrong. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif The other day I noticed a small slide type swith on the left side of the steering column. Can someone tell me what this is for?

Its the panel light switch.
 
...designed so you can protect your eyes from that enormous glare the dash lamps procuce at night...
