new shocks for jag xjs v12 ?

I am restoring a jaguar xjs v12 5.3 HE and the old rear shock absorbers need replacing, i only like to buy the best for the restoration and was wondering what shocks i should purchase - what make, where from etc ?
 
Boge were the likely originals.

I replaced mine with KONIs, raised the rear 1/2" and really liked the ride. Have KONIs on my MK1 too!
 
Koni's would be my personal choice as well. I've also fitted Spax on 'em with no complaint.
