TR6 New shocks (damper) question

I’m looking to replace the front shock absorbers on my TR6.
Currently it has the cheap standard ones.
I’m considering either Koni or AVO.
Is anyone using AVO’s on their cars?
Are they worth considering?
Your thoughts?
Thanks.

Hi
AVO are considered premium here in the uk closely followed by the Koni just make sure you can adjust them on the car.
Revington tr do them. ( for now as they are stopping their parts business as the boss Neil is retiring and the company rationalising)
my old koni’s had to be removed from the car to adjust them which is a pain. But once set they should be good for years.
i went for Gaz as I’m a cheapskate but they have worked well and have a small external adjuster screw.

SPAX are available as adjustable units, too.

You need to consider the compression/extension lengths of your choice of shocks, especially if your car is lowered.
