There is a new scam going around that everyone should be aware of.

If someone comes to your door saying they are doing a study about deer ticks, and ask you to remove your clothes, don't do it. This is a scam, and they just want to see you naked.

I wish I had found this out yesterday, as now I feel tawdry and used.

Not as dumb as I felt when I gave my wallet to the wallet inspector. He said he would be right back. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
 
There are people who actually try to scam others? What kind of world is this.
 
Gee, the deer tick inspector took one look at me and decided he'd already seen more than enough....

Perhaps it was too soon after breakfast.
