New Pistons?

I've looked through Moss, XK Unlimited and you name it but I don't find any 3.4 9:1 pistons. About 25 years ago some people were saying they could not get 9:1's to run w/o pinging. With as little I will run mine, I could run 115/145 aviation gasoline. Where are the 3.4's with BIG domes?

There are several custom makers out there who will make them. Contact Bill Terry at Terry's Jaguar Parts and he will either get them for you or have them made. He has built a number of race motors with some very exotic parts over the years and has contacts everywhere. If anyone knows where to get them he will.

I found several pistons for the 3.4 with all kinds of CR's. I will check Jag Bits as well but so far Terry's has parts: OEM, aftermarket, super race duty and regular. I think Terry must know Jags pretty well.
