With the increase in the cost of replacement parts, British or domestic, it boggles the mind. I just bought a new throwout bearing for one of my smaller tractors, which previously cost around $25.00, and now that same Timkin bearing costs $68.52 + shipping at $15.00! :rolleyes2:

I remember buying a towel rack at Walmart for $9.95 just before COVID.

Three months later, that same towel rack was $29.95.

And the power company raised its rates by 20%, saying its costs had increased. But its profits had doubled.

hmmmm

That bearing might seem cheap once they are made here.
