Hi I’m not sure I’m in the right spot for this. I’m not well versed in the forum vernacular.
Recently purchased my first British auto, a 79 MGB roadster. I call her Bea.
looking forward to tapping in to the wealth of knowledge here and contributing any shred of useful info I may stumble upon.

you are absolutely in the right spot and we are glad you are here! Lovely car, lovely colour and lovely name!

The MG forum is the place for questions, the pub is the place for conversation and this is the place for introductions

Welcome to the Forum!

Your Bea appears to have been well looked after. Congrats!

Welcome aboard - that's a very nice looking B you have there! Yes, this is the right place to introduce yourself, but also be sure to pop into the MG forum here where you can post any specific MG comments or questions.

Thanks Basil. I am slowly learning how to navigate the forums. Being a new MGB owner I have many questions but I want to be sure they’ve not already been answered before I ask.

No worries. Questions asked before may hold some answers but there may be more current information as well! Ask away! 👍

Don’t worry about whether it’s been answered. It hurts nothing to ask a question again. It serves two purposes - it brings up a topic that may have been buried for months or years, plus it gives newer members a chance to chime in with new perspectives.
