Hello all members, I am Jeff Kelly, I live in Aurora, IL., I have a '59 Bugeye that I have owned since 1972. It was a prepared race car when I bought it and I race it until 1976 when it/ I was involved in an on track accident and it was pretty much beyond restoring to a race car. After about 30 years I got it restored to a street car. I have installed a 1275 engine and converted to the 5 speed Datsun transmission. Since 2008 I have driven around 15000miles.

Glad to see you aboar Jeff after 7 years! Just curious, what finally inspired you to jump in after all these years? (glad you did). Was it the annoying little man we put there to bug you? :cool-new:

Hello Jeff

Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you have been through a lot with your Bugeye over the years.

Post some photos and some of your racing days.

David
