Hi everyone. I'm Francesco and I write from Italy.
I'm an Austin Healey enthusiast and am restoring a 1958 BN 4 with some friends.
We found the car to be very unique as it was built in the Abingdon works, but to Longbridge specifications. Among other things it is a BN 4 with the driver's side handle equipped with lock (it is left-hand drive) and with the soft top frame with sliding mechanism.
We are at the pre-assembly stage and hope to send it to paint soon. I will be grateful for any suggestions from you and, in the meantime, Happy New Year. Francesco

welcome. sounds like a very interesting car. we would love to keep track of your progress.

Welcome to the BCF, Francesco! Happy to have you aboard! We have a pretty active Austin Healey section here so you can get plenty of help with your restoration. By the way, you added your picture as an "attachment" which puts a small thumbnail at the bottom of your post that people must click on to see the full image. If you want to place a full-sized image in a post, instead of using the add attachment, use the "insert image" icon in the editor as seen here:
