As promised here are a few more detail pictures of the Midget that I picked up last night. The first shot is one of my son ready for the first ride after unloading it from the trailer.

She runs good and rides even better! Nearly all mechanicals have been gone through in the car leaving basically paint and body work to finish it off. It does seem to be a tad bit on the rich side via the nose test but I'm not ready to start changing things just yet.

Lemme know what the experts think!

Walking the plank, but be careful, she had nice skim coat, but who didn't at this age, wish I could get one.

Looking to see the underside, a lil curious. Nice Car!

Man oh man, someone did all the hard work. Nice looking a good find.
 
Simon: She's a good "10 footer" but up close you can tell that whoever did the bodywork should be shot. I plan to just drive it until the Bugeye's back together then put it in the shop for a good strip and repaint.

Patrick: She does have a skim coat. It looks like two resprays but who knows. The rear floor boards have already been replaced and the fronts are in good shape.

Drove it to take son to school and then to work. Sure was nice!

Maybe a dumb question but what is RWA? I was thinking Round Wheel A????
 
RWA '72-'74 and apparently late '71
 
Yes only 72-74. Is that a 72 the he just got.?
