I'm winding down from 14 years of competition in Jaguar Clubs of North America(JCNA)Concours events and am looking for some All British Car events that I might participate in. I live in western North Carolina and would be interested in events within a 200-300 mile radius of home. My car is a 1976 Series II Jaguar XJ 5.3C (XJ V12C). The Coupe is a fully restored European version of the V12 Coupe and the recipient of 6 JCNA North American Championship awards in the D6 Class.

Not to be nit picky but aren't those series three wheels?
Otherwise, welcome to the forum.

Steve,
I've had 14 years of "nit picky". Believe me, you're not being nit picky at all. As for the painted kents, you're right, those wheels were standard on the Series III Jags. They were also options on the Series II Coupes and Daimlers.

Mickey,
The Townsend,TN show looks like a winner. I'll try to make it next year. Thanks for the heads up.

Welcome to the BCF!

Hey Luke,
Thanks for the welcome. Some refer to Jags as "cats". As far as doing as they please, I just try to hang on for the ride.
