I am new to this site and live near Toledo, Ohio. I have just purchased a rust free 1960 Triumph TR3a, recently recovered from a 15 year storage, and am looking forward to driving it and gradually restoring it. I am a high school teacher and machinist although not both at the same time and currently am employed at the University of Toledo. It's nice to be here - the Triump Forum and a member of the BCF.

Welcome! I know you'll find this site to be helpful, both with advice as well as making new friends in the world of Little British Cars.

Be sure to post pictures when you can.

Welcome!

Another Brit-car owner, teacher and sometime machinist here.

And I'm wondering if your name is related to "Taylorcraft" driver?
(I'm an Aeronca driver)

Welcome to the BCF!

Hello Aeronca65t,

Yes, Tcraftdriver does refer to my Taylorcraft, a 1948 BC12D-85-12-4. It has the 0-200 crank conversion with Millenium cylnders, electric start and flys really well. I have it on Betz Airfield, a public grass trip near Blissfield, Michigan, in a nice hangar, with a concrete floor.

How do you like your Aeronca
