Just joined. I'm a very slow restorer but always end up with an excellent representation of the classic year. 1st project 91 MBZ SL500, 2nd project 62 Sprite, 3rd project 83 Porsche (just completed). Of course I cannot part with any. Today I took delivery of a 58 TR3 (barn orphan) from Michigan. It was time to join a Triumph related forum. Germanautoforum and Spritespot have been tremendous associations during my pastyears of projects. I look forward to sharing my efforts and utilizing available knowledge in the year(s) to come during my TR3 restoration.

Very nice to meet you and to have you here with us. Best people and Triumph forum on the net. You could share a pic or two of your previous work if you are so inclined.

Look forward to seeing more of you, so don't be a stranger.

Nice to hear another TR3A will be saved. If it would be of any use to you I can send you a copy of the TRA Concours Guide for TR3/3A as a PDF attachment. Has a lot of detail on what is *thought* to be original/correct for restoration.

Welcome Bibber and best of luck with your latest resto project. We'll look forward to hearing from you, how you like working on the TR3. TR2/3 were almost hand-built and it seems each and every one of the earlier cars has its own "personality". In some ways, that's great and makes the cars especially interesting. It will be fun to compare how you find the project compared to your later, German cars in particular.

Welcome-- when finished, bring it on down to the All British Car Show down here in Kansas City-- Every year over Labor day next to a little lake and hotel near the airport. We get quite a few folks from Nebraska and Iowa.
