Hi, a 1979 B with a 68 engine daily driver (as much as possible depending on repairs/maintenance) and a 65 B shell and boxes of bits.

OH MY GAWD!

This is Mike, Mike's in our car club, Mike's a transplant from England, married to Stef that I did the endurance rally with. They come in two's, Stef should be around shortly.

FYI guys, Mike's topnotch. Worked on Poptop til 9pm Friday (engine transplant) to run the endurance rally at 6:30 the next morning.

(now we just need Greg, Greg, Kelly & Simon...we'll take this place over)

When Stef shows up we'll let her tell the story of Poptop.

Stef says she's too tired to register tonight. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

For those who don't know me, Brit, been in the US since 1999, currently living in St. Louis. Been driving LBCs and BBC's for 20 years (MG, Morris, Austin, Triumph and Jaguar).
PopTop was Stef's car from 1985 to 1994, we found it on Ebay in 2004 and bought it back. It has been abused in the last 10 years so I am slowly righting all wrongs and fixing everything that needs it. During the summer she is my daily driver, in winter she gets some major work.

Last winter was an engine and suspension rebuild. The winter before was electrical and cooling system work. Next winter will be paint.

It used to be that each MG Forum had a different collection of people who visited there. These days we seem to all be visiting multiple boards. Welcome and hello! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Welcome indeed. Hay, the MG and Spridget boards are where the action is. And the iron is close enough that we can share a lot as well no to mention that lots of folks have some of each.

Must admit I visit the big Healey board as well, sigh.

Welcome aboard!

His wife rocks. She was my endurance rally partner.

Crap, Bazul, I forgot to have my sister paypal you for the decals. I'll email her now.

Umm, ooh, ask Mike about the side bet on the MER. And please be sure to advise him on the best wax for Emma...
