Thanks for accepting my registration.

I live in a small town, Florence, in the beautiful state of Colorado.

My first British car was a 1963 AH Sprite. A bit on the crude side, for instance side curtains instead of roll up windows, but a lot of fun while I had it.

Second British car was a 1971 TR-6, bought as the second owner in 1972. Came with the factory hardtop and was my daily driver for many years no matter the weather. It's been sitting for about 20 years, but now that I have more money available I'm going to get it back on the road. My goal is a safe daily driver that looks nice. Not a trailer queen that gets towed to car shows. I'm not a mechanic so I know a lot will have to be done by a pro. Currently searching for a shop to handle the work here in Colorado.

Welcome to the British Car Forum. The TR6 is a nice car (but I’m biased ). You will find plenty of help whenever you need it. Post your questions in the Triumph section of the forum. As a side note, the TR6 is an easy car to work on. Most things are pretty straight forward.

welcome - great cars but, I do have to point out that roll up windows are just a fad. :D

Welcome to BCF, DW. I guess you have some pretty notorious neighbors there in Florence!

You will find plenty of help in our Triumph forum here, so be sure to jump in there as well!
