Welcome, several spit guys here. You are in the right place, lots of knowledge and info to be found. Pictures, we like pictures.

welcome Dan ......... I've been a member for 2 days and from what I can tell there's a lot of nice ppl in here willing to help with any issues your having.

Heck DrEntropy shrunk my pics down for me and emailed them back so I could post them on the site. So any thing you need help with just ask.

Welcome,

come on in! water's fine.

I'm a TR3 guy, who found this place a couple of years ago -- whilst in the midst of a serious tear-down & rebuild. The technical info and camaraderie, hereabouts, can't be beat! Welcome, and good luck with your project!

Buffalo you say?
Home of those SABRES!!!!
I'm about 1 1/2 hours west of you on the south coast of Canada.
Enjoy the stay. This place ROCKS.

From what I can see so far, LOTS of great technical advice and knowledgeable experience all in one place on here.....JACKPOT! Hope you enjoy it here as much as I have been

Welcome, and jump right in. There is always something of interest here.

Welcome to the group. Glad to see a fellow New Yorker. Wintersare going to be cold in the garage working on that car!

Welcome. You're in good company with your fellow New Yorkers here.

Welcome Dan, and welcome to the other new members on this post. I've had Spitfires all my life. My first car was a 74 and I currently have a 73 and a 79 and also a TR-250. BCF is a great place, enjoy.

Hi Dan.
Whatcha done with the car so far?
Any pics?

thanks for all the great comments! So far ive done new exhauset, weber dgv, mallory dual point dis, clutch master and slave cylinder, gearbox and motor mounts, brake master cylinder, carpet set, new carpet a custom panels in trunk and a bunch of tinkering with things of course. The weber and mallory were put on by the Po just before i bought it. Right now the next thing ive got to figure out is the diff is leaking from one of the seals and i think its from the front where the drive shaft goes in but im not sure. Also right now its in need of paint as its half topaz and half grey primer. im not sure how to post pics, how do i do that. thanks!
