Greetings!

I first found this great resource a few years ago but wasn't able to get this intro message out at the time. My project has been slow going. I bought the car in May 2009 and my wife got pregnant a few months later. You know the rest.

Well, I am finally getting some garage time again and I'm very grateful to all of the fine people that chime in with advice (and sympathy on occasion). It has really helped me with my project car.

I'm getting ready to pick up and move from Northern California to Northwestern Ohio in a month or so. My task is to get the car rolling so I can push it onto a trailer. That means installing new (longer for alloy wheels) studs in the read hubs. I'm having a real fit trying to peen the back sides of the studs. I found a thread where this was explained in some detail, but I will continue to seek advice.

So that's my story so far. Thank you again to all on this site. Hopefully I can contribute and pay it forward in the future!

Best regards,

Ted
