welcome! so are you looking for a Vauxhall then? (I have a '69 Vauxhall Viva GT) welcome - and glad you are here.
There is one for sale in my club: 1969 Victor Deluxe: Charcoal gray, 4 cyl, 3 speed on column, 27,000 miles, mint condition and has original invoice. Asking price $16,000. Alex 1-519-XXX-XXXX Elora, ON. (date is wrong) (Canadian Dollars though)
Not sure how much of a hurry you are in or how determined - I know the car and it is almost certainly the finest Victor on the continent - and possibly the world - To be honest it is over-restored, but, PM me if you want to talk further. click on my name and then private message. (BTW I think there is room in the price) - and Elora is about 1 1/2 hours from Toronto. Left Hand Drive too

Not sure if you are still around, but, this is the car I was referencing. If you look at the details, you will see things that aren't original but, still arguably the nicest one out there and a much much more realistic price - especially if you are buying in American dollars!
