Hello All. I've owned British Cars since 1973. I currently have a '72 TR6 overdrive, factory hardtop in excellent original condition. I also recently acquired a '73 MGBGT overdrive in excellent restored condition.

I look forward to sharing any knowledge I may have and tapping the collective brain trust if I need some help.

It sounds like you are well versed in the care and maintenance of LBC's. Be sure to say hello in both the Triumph and the MG forums here, and please post photos of your cars...we all enjoy a good drool now and then.

My first British car was a '57 MGA I bought when I graduated high school in 1966. Except for a brief journey to Germanland - 2 BMW 2002s, Opel GT, 911 - I have continuously had and restored at least one British car. MGA, TR3, Sprite, TR4, Lotus Europa S2, Lotus Europa Twincam, 67 S2 E-type coupe, New Mini, TR3. I probably know more about Triumphs and E-types than the others. The current, and likely last TR3 is built for reliability and long distance travel with overdrive and steel wheels. Recently took a 1200 mile trip with no hiccups.
