West midlands on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, jag xf as daily driver, currently restoring a 1978 Panther Lima.
Thanks for allowing me in.

Will do that Basil, maybe start a build thread.
great idea! (Oh and welcome) seems like some but not all Panthers had Vauxhall engines and underpinnings. What is yours?

mine is a series 1 lima, so has the shortened and moded vauxhall magnum floor pan. with magnum rear end and front suspension and steering, 2.3 overhead cam slant engine with a fibre glass body.
The series two was the same set up but had panthers own designed chassis which was heavier but stiffer, it also had all the same magnum running gear.
No two were identical due to being hand built.
Mine is now a lot different again from its original build due to having 9 previous owners.

I will have to get that build thread started.
