Hello guys. I just came aboard, reffered t by a 6 pack member (TR6's).
Well I've been restoring a 73 TR6 for the last 5 years (very slow). I've done most of the work except for the engine rebuild and most of the body work. It is a body off restoration...I am picky. The body only had three rust holes the size of a quarter. The body work was started at a local body shop in Patillas....he was taking his time...and two years later he tells me he cant finish it. So (very upset) I took it home where I've done the chassis tear down, sandblasted painted with POR15 (I am the distributor on the Island)and all new suspension.
I'm getting ready to start the engine( it's on the chassis) within the next few weeks.
Wish me luck.
Regards,
Vic
