I just discovered this forum from a mention of it on the BMW 2002 FAQ forum. I have a wedgewood blue '65 Spitfire that is just about finished with a 3 year plus restoration and a daily driver '71 BMW 2002.

I restored a 2002 years ago and alway wanted one.

Jump in with TR folks, they are alot of fun.

Thanks for the welcomes! Well, I just bought a 1956 TR3 restoration project this morning so the BMW 2002 is now up for sale.

I guess I'll be quite active here for a while...

(2nd) You & JP should have a blast working together on your TR3s. I have a `57TR3 Small Mouth coming along very nicely.

Thanks for the welcome! I will certainly post photos once I get the car home. It is quite an amazing coincidence to find someone else down the road also restoring a TR3... I'm sure it will turn out to extremely helpful.JP, look forward to meeting up with you soon.
