Hi All

I'm a new member from France. I'm very fond of old english cars especially Limo. Nowadays I'm the happy owner of a Daimler Double Six Vanden Plas 1978 which is the first collection car I bought. I have also a 1969 RR Silver Shadow and a Mini Cooper S from 1997 (so one of the last "real" Minis )

I bought and sold a lot of cars during past time (Porsche, french cars) but I always kept my english ones, as my old Citroën Traction

Happy to be here to talk about my passion. Sorry by advance if my english is not perfect or my answers not quick enough (I'm a little busy)

regards
Philippe.

Bienvenue! we are glad you are here. My father's first car (in Holland) was a Traction Avant

Et encore - un fort bienvenu!

And most of us native English speakers don't speak perfect English either!

You have a Citroën Traction Avant? What a great car for its time. And post-war, the Citroën DS, another great French car for its time (and today).

Good to see you with us.
Tom M.
