Just wanted to say HI. Will be looking for information on Weber carb conversion as well as DW rally spring installation. Just finishing the last couple of projects for my Healey to be just the way I want it. This forum looked like a great place to get the info I will need. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

Welcome - it is a grerat place...On what type car are you doing the conversion?

I am gunna take a wild guess and say a 1957 AH 100-6??

Welcome, you will most definatly find all the info you'll need here....The Healey forum is very active.

You would be correct. The engine has been upgraded to the 6-port head w/HD-6's, used 59' rods and pistons as well as bored .040 over and had cam ground to Kastner A-6 profile. Looking at putting Webers or HD-8's to get all the performance I can get out of it. Looking forward to exchanging knowledge on these wonderful automobiles.

When rebuilt in 2000 I upgraded front shocks and springs, repaired towers and installed all polyurethane busings. At the time I felt that the rear was OK. Currently looking at cape internationals shock kits for the front and rear and maybe a panhard bar. I would also like to find some info on doing coilovers on the front. The DW springs just have an extra leaf added which stiffens suspension around 12%. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
