Hi folks. I’m Brian from Courtenay on Vancouver Island, off the Canadian west coast.

I have a pair of TR8s. My first is a black 1979 coupe that I’ve owned since 1981. I autocrossed it for years in the Vancouver area. It has a 4.0 short block with a cam, headers, Edelbrock carb and manifold, ported heads, and double valve springs. Modified suspension, four piston calibres and vented discs, and 15 inch wheels. It’s a little bit of a rocket ship. We’ve driven it across Canada and into the US.

The second car is a Persian Aqua 1980 TR8 convertible that I’ve had for 15 years. It had the body restored years ago, and I’m just re-assembling it after rebuilding the engine and rack. It basically got the same upgrades as its sibling. We’ve driven half way across Canada a few years back, as well as trips down to California and the Oregon coast.

Looking forward to being a member here!
