I recently purchased a 1976 TR6. The car came from Truett Cathy's collection. While the car wouldn't start (dead battery) or stop (leaking master cylinder), it appears to be a great car. I drove it for the first time yesterday. I have soo much to learn and have already derived great information from your forum. Thanks for those kind enough to post great information.

welcome - great looking car! and doesn't seem like a lot to make it go (and stop) - BTW do stop first, then you when you get it running you won't need to be tempted to try it without brakes. :cheers:
 
What a nice looking car! Never owned one but always liked the looks of a 6. A buddy had one. Somehow got caught up in MGs many years ago. PJ
