New Math

Einstein had this figured out a long time ago.

:yesnod: Better to be fast than halffast.

This is why it's always better to buy a 55 gallon drum of mustard at Costco.

You're right Mark; if you buy smaller quantities, you'll never ketchup.

That joke was worse than a pie in the face...pizza pie that is!

Oh for goodness sake, I relish puns like that

From the title I thought we'd be talking about something more like this.

I grew up on Lehrer AND "new math."

All great! I'm a huge Lehrer fan. I love the mix of intellect and comedy. It's the same formula that makes Big Bang Theory such a hit show.
Another performer that is a favorite of mine, and I have had the great fortune to meet is Heywood Banks. I asked him who his inspiration was for the songs he writes, and he told me that I needed to get a copy of "An Evening Wasted With Tom Lehrer". After talking with him I can hear the influence in his music. Here's an example keeping with the math theme

That song is what I call trucked up.... (did I put my toe over the line? :eeek: )
