A friend had a 1959 Triumph TR3A, that was originally a parts car. He gave it to me with the stipulation that I promise to “try to get it back on the road”. It looks like a long way ahead before we get back on it! I’m retired from a career in agricultural research. Outside of this project, my wife and I built a 17’ wooden Dory, and then there is wood working, fly fishing, amateur radio, hiking, travel, and my wife’s Nantucket Basket business. As you may see, my major problem is not enough time......or maybe that I have too many hobbies! I’m really looking forward to stop lurking, and begin participating in this forum site.

Hello Dross

Welcome to the forum.

Looks like you will be on e bay trying t find bits if that is all there is of TS55984. Wings are available from The Roadster Factory to name one supplier but new ones are high.

You will find the Triumph section is very active and will be a great source of tips and advice for your project. Check in the classified section of the forum for parts as well. Looks like a great project car.

David
