New Guy with a Question

Hi everyone. Im new to the forum. I have a 1967 MGB that I bought. I was wondering what one went for in the US. I paid 9500 euros for it. It is in great shape. Ill get a site set up with pictures. How much does one go for in the US. I have been planning to come back to the US, so i had a 76 put in self storage. It needs some work. I had started it, and in the move i remember that i lost some parts. Including all the identification plates on the body, I striped it and had it repainted. I know I can get new plates from various dirtibutors. But does anyone know the sizes on the punches and where I can get them. Thanks Dave

I hope you didn't spend $125,000 in an mgb. I wish I had that kind of money. But in all seriousness you ment $12,500 and that would probably be a pretty nice show quality car

As said before, only a near show car goes for that high. Price in the US really depends on condition. If I had to guess, I would say the average price for a decent driver is $5000 US.

I have not seen too many really good sixties Bs for less than seven grand, depending on the time of the year. One thing I have noticed is that quite a few cars have the same prices in, say England and the us. Numerically, that is....seven grand in dollars, seven grand in pounds sterling. Strange phenomenon, but true.
