Hi everyone…
My name is Norm and I live in the Oklahoma City area. I have a 55 Healey 100. I’ll try to attach a photo. I have had the little car for many years and it’s a numbers matching ride, even some of the body panels. I just moved a lot and never made the most time to really work on it – but, it always ran and sure did not want to stop that. A friend suggested that this would be a good way to share experiences a pick up some tips and tricks maybe. I’m currently having issues with the idle after long rides. Once up to running temp after a long ride the idle is getting real rough. I’m thinking an ignition issue… I’ll be getting into it this weekend.

Anyway, glad to be here and let’s try the photo thing.

Man, Thats a lovely example you have there! I`ve owned virtually about every marque car you can think of but a "Big Healey" could never find its way into my stable. Well; Maybe one day!!

New to the forum. I'm usually found in the MG forum (77'MGB, 58'MGA). Now having acquired a 60'AH BT7 for restoration I have found a new home. Great to be here and hope to get alot of guidance.
My headache now is body panel alignment. Beofre purchasing the car the restoration had already been started with all of the body panels being removed. All rust is now removed and all new metal in place. Trying to get rear door pillar alignment so that the top of the rear fenders and top of door line up as well as the rear shroud and top of the door. Drivers side is a real task. Having a hard time getting all 3 in alignment. On the driver side the rear shroud alignment is a headache. Also hard to get the "coves" from the door to the rear fender to align.

No headaches that you guys haven't enjoyed. Any help is appreciated.
