New Grandpa!

Mickey,

I truly jest - we were blessed with our third Granchild,Naomi.
She is beautiful. When we first got to meet her I said - "just leave her
here,we don't care about seeing you".
Not to put a damper on things, but I can't hear this & not think
about Tony & Will,& how special their relationship was.

No damper here, Doug. I can only pray that Drew and I will be that close.

Mickey, congratulations!

How it must feel to see that first grandson!

Cheers to your family on the new arrival. :yesnod:

Congrats Mickey!

Not steal the thread but, guitar player in my band became a Grandpa for the first time 6-6-11.

My Great Grand daughter (3 yrs old) is spending time with in laws in VA. Talked to her the other night and asked her if she was ready to come home? She told me she would be home when she was finished.

Congrats! enjoy - we're not there yet (thank goodness) but my mother assures me that grandkids are so much fun she should have had them first.
